The session was last Friday morning  I found myself heading to greet the Bowers at the entrance.  As they peered through my french doors I thought to myself…. wow, they’re beautiful!  For a moment I almost wanted to stop and shoot an image.  It was a foggy image of a gorgeous mom with 2 beautiful children waiting to enter into a new venture… but of course, I quickly opened the door instead and the questions began, lol!  Brady was Wonderful! We immediately went on a studio tour of the framing room, bathroom, shooting room, changing room, my office, you name it, he was taking it all in.  Addison and mommy followed close behind, but Brady definitely lead the way, absorbing every word I said.  After our tour the shoot began…. and wow!  These children were amazing!  We laughed, answered questions, jumped, twirled, and even sat still a few times to capture incredible heartwarming images that will be cherished for years to come.  This session was one of our dress up sessions, which were AWESOME!  Just take a look for yourself…. and enjoy!

Children are always fun, unpredictable and energetic (mine are on overload when it comes to the energetic part), and Riley was no exception!  We has tons of fun just listening to her talk in her way cool deep raspy voice, but it was when she had the ball in her hands that she really came to life.  I just wonder if there’s a future ball player here….. hmmmm, both mom and dad are tall.  Who knows… but wouldn’t it be neat to look back one day and see the makings of a gorgeous ball player when she was only 3!!!  Ok… back to the story, lol.  Her mom, Amy, was the winner of the March Frilly Frog mini session give away.  Be sure to stop by the Frilly Frog (and tell Lisa I said hello, lol) and register for your FREE session – there’s a winner each month!! …. The clothes are to die for and Lisa’s always getting in new things…. fun fun!

That’s right…and he’s making a list and checking it twice! He’s gonna know if your naughty or nice! Christmas is getting so close!!! This was such a FUN shoot!! Santa had such a fun time!! Take a look!

Not a moment to late I picked up a custom backdrop today. I’m so excited! It’s gorgeous! And… if you know me, you now how crazy I am for damask! Here’s Laural modeling the beautiful setting.

I can always count on Miss Sophia from Greenville, SC to show up with the latest fashions – just like her mother and Sweet G – and this time was no exception. When she arrived with Zebra prints, pink shoes and a “to die for” little fur coat, I knew we were going to have fun! Of course I threw in some smarties, and the party began! The best part…. well, Sophia keeps tell her mommy that she’s ready to come back!! Yes! Yes! Yes! More gorgeous shots in the future – guaranteed!

I’m so so so excited about our Christmas Limited Edition sessions.  What are Limited Editions you ask.  Well, they’re special sessions just for the Holidays. This has been in the works for some time, but all came together last week…. and best of all…. I’m so excited – OH MY GOODNESS – I’m excited – I’ve commissioned a gorgeous backdrop to be painted just for these sessions!  Red & Silver!  I’m hoping to pick it up this Wednesday and will post pictures as soon as it’s hung.

Limited Editions will be shot Saturday November 21st.  Appointments will be scheduled 30 minutes apart. Please come prepared for your shoot.  You’ll have your choice of backdrops and if time permits we’ll shoot both. This is for your kids.  Sorry parents, but no parents or pets will be in these pictures. There is NO session fee – however there is a $100 deposit before your session which will be applied towards your order. You will return Monday or Tuesday (November 23rd or 24th) for your viewing and order.  Additional Details.

When Abi arrived at her session she was ready to rock!  Outfit after outfit this little model could turn out a different look in a heartbeat.  We shot her fun playful side, her serious side and her Wild Rocker Side!  It was funny how comfortable she was in the studio, but once we hit the outdoors it was a different story.  The strange bug sounds, tall itchy green grass, small flying creatures, lol!!!  Regardless….. she rocked!!!  Take a look.
